Since opening Chaska’s Brickyard Center in 1986, SDC Retail Properties has exhibited a proven track record of retail development near regional malls, downtown areas and prime neighborhood parcels throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. While other developers outsource or depend on large, out-of-state teams of employees, you deal directly with the owners at SDC Retail Properties.
Although we are primarily focused on real estate development across the upper Midwest, SDC Retail Properties is open to small and middle market development opportunities throughout the United States.
